Quality Testing & Analysis

Perform routine chemical and physical testing of raw materials, clinker, cement, gypsum, fly ash, slag, and other additives.

Conduct analysis using laboratory equipment such as XRF, XRD, spectrometer, sieve shaker, Blaine apparatus, compression testing machine, and other testing instruments.

Monitor key quality parameters including:

Lime Saturation Factor (LSF)

Silica Modulus (SM)

Alumina Modulus (AM)

Free Lime

Insoluble Residue

Loss on Ignition (LOI)

Setting Time

Fineness

Compressive Strength

Process Quality Monitoring

Coordinate with Production and Process departments for corrective actions based on test results.

Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Ensure compliance with BIS, IS, ASTM, and other applicable standards.

Support optimization of raw mix design and cement quality parameters.

Laboratory Operations

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.





Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality management systems.

Ensure proper sample collection, preparation, and preservation.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Assist in internal and external quality audits.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other management systems.

Maintain laboratory housekeeping and safety standards.

Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Analyze trends and identify quality deviations.

Maintain test certificates and laboratory data records.

Support customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis
