We are looking for a Senior Chemistry Faculty – JEE & NEET who is passionate about teaching, academically strong, and committed to delivering measurable student outcomes.

The faculty member will be responsible for handling Chemistry classes for Grade 11 & 12 students across both Engineering (JEE) and Medical (NEET) streams, along with the Medical Repeater batch. The role involves effective execution of the academic plan, student mentoring, performance monitoring, and close coordination with the Academic Director to achieve academic targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Chemistry classes for Grade 11 & 12 – JEE and NEET streams.
- Handle Chemistry for Medical Repeater batches, with a strong focus on NEET-oriented preparation.
- Coordinate closely with the Academic Director for academic planning, curriculum execution, and performance tracking.
- Execute the academic planner within the prescribed timelines and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
- Deliver concept-oriented, application-based, and examination-focused classroom sessions aligned with JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET requirements.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Analyse student performance and identify individual learning gaps.
- Provide focused academic support and mentoring to improve student performance.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and examination strategies among students.
- Monitor batch-wise academic progress and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Work towards achieving strong JEE and NEET results,



with particular focus on Medical Repeater outcomes.
- Participate in parent interactions, academic reviews, faculty meetings, and other academic initiatives.
- Maintain classroom discipline, punctuality, and qualified standards.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure smooth academic coordination across batches.

Candidate Profile

- Strong command over Chemistry concepts and problem-solving for JEE and NEET.
- Prior experience handling Grade 11 & 12 JEE/NEET Chemistry is preferred.
- Experience handling NEET Repeater batches will be an added advantage.
- Coaching-institute experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
