Key Responsibilities -

Student Financing & Counselling
Act as the primary point of contact for students seeking financial assistance.
Guide students through available financing options (NBFC loans, bank loans, EMI plans, scholarships, etc.).
Provide personalised counselling to help students choose the most suitable financing solution based on eligibility and affordability.

Documentation & Processing -
Collect and verify all necessary loan documentation from students and co-applicants.
Ensure completeness and correctness of documents as per partner requirements.
Maintain proper records and trackers for all loan applications.

Financial Partner Coordination -
Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and fintech partners for:
Application submission ○ Credit checks ○ Disbursement timelines
Issue resolution
Build solid working relationships with partner operations teams.

Internal Collaboration -
Work closely with: ○ Admissions counsellors ○ City teams ○ Central operations
Provide real-time updates on loan status and expected closures.
