Design develop and execute performance load stress and endurance tests using NeoLoad .
Create and maintain performance test scripts including correlation parameterization and dynamic data handling .
Develop realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with development QA DevOps and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
Prepare performance test reports dashboards and executive-level summaries.

Qualifications :
Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad .
3 years of experience in Performance Testing .
Positive understanding of performance testing concepts workload modelling and performance metrics.
Experience with REST APIs web applications and distributed systems.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
