About the job

Key responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day backend work related to Mutual Funds & Insurance
Maintain client records, forms and documentation
Process and coordinate Mutual Fund transactions, SIPs, KYC and related service requests
Assist with Insurance policy documentation, renewals and service-related work
Data entry and maintaining records in Excel/software
Basic accounting and entries in Tally
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with clients, AMCs, insurance companies and other service providers when required
Follow up on pending documents, applications and transactions
Provide general administrative and back-office support
