Technical & Back-End Skill
Robust C# expertise across .NET Framework and .NET 8 (including async/await, LINQ). Experience with Arc Objects (e.g., IFeature Class, ITopological Operator) and ArcGIS Pro SDK (ArcGIS. Core. Geometry/Data) Solid understanding of GIS concepts: spatial data modeling, coordinate systems, geospatial analysis. Performance optimization: cursor handling, memory management, COM cleanup. Python scripting and server configuration (Windows/Linux).
Front-End Skills
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery Basic graphics/OpenGL programming
Database Skills
Oracle Spatial, SQL, and PL/SQL Spatial database design and administration
Domain Skills
Experience with ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro Data conversion across formats (XML, JSON, shapefiles)

Core Responsibilities
Migrate legacy Arc Objects-based code to ArcGIS Pro Core Host (ArcGIS. Core). Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport features (runways, taxiways, networks). Develop and optimize geometry processing (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection). Build automated data import/export pipelines (shapefiles, geodatabases, Oracle). Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/Arc Py integration.
