About the Role

Star Publicity is looking for experienced Senior Business Development Executives with a strong background in Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Media Sales.

The role involves independently generating leads, meeting clients, pitching outdoor advertising solutions, and closing business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and outbound calling.
- Meet potential clients and decision-makers in person.
- Pitch Hoardings, Unipoles, LED Displays, Bus Advertising, Billboards, and other OOH solutions.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements





- 1-4 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, OOH, Media, or Advertising Sales.
- Solid B2B field sales and client acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and client/networking base preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proven ability to independently generate and close business.

Priority: Candidates from Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Media Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
