Role & responsibilities :

Primary Responsibilities

- Acquire and develop long-term customer relationships through phone, email, SMS, and CRM-driven outreach.
- Convert marketplace opportunities into repeat direct customers.
- Manage customer quotations while protecting assigned gross margin targets.
- Execute customer follow-ups with speed, professionalism, and persistence.
- Maintain accurate CRM, customer, and shipment records without exception.
- Build expertise across designated North-East to South-East transportation corridors.
- Understand customer business models and recommend transportation solutions rather than simply providing quotes.
- Coordinate effectively with Pricing, Carrier Management, Dispatch, and Finance teams.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously identify process improvements.
- Meet or exceed defined daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to revenue, gross margin, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile We value attitude, discipline, learning ability, and ownership as much as experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3 to 9 years of experience in Supply-Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Freight Brokerage, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Operations, BPO.
- Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with structured processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of accountability and ownership.
- Positive attitude, curiosity,



and willingness to continuously learn.
- Experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, vehicle transportation, Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, or CRM platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
