NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Reporting (FR) Associate with 2–5 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (RTR), month-end close, financial

Nstatement preparation, and statutory compliances.

NMust-Have Skills

nAccounting & Financial Reporting

NStrong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP or Ind AS).

NHands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.

NExperience in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.





NExperience in month-end/quarter-end closing activities, including:

NAccruals

nPrepaid reclassifications

NJournal entries

nLedger closing

NPreparation of FinancialStatements.

NStrong understanding of accrual accounting.

NStatutory Compliance

nWorking knowledge of:

NGST

nTDS

nIncome Tax

NCompanies Act compliances

NExperience in supportingstatutory audits and statutory compliances.

NCore Accounting

nAccounts Payable (AP)

NAccounts Receivable (AR)

NBank Reconciliation

nGeneral Ledger Reconciliation

NJournal Entries (including manual adjustments)

NQualifications

nEducation: B. Com/M. Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance).

NExperience: 2–5 years in Finance & Accounting, with good exposure to Indian Accounting

NStandards.
