Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect based in Bengaluru.

The Senior

Architect will be responsible for leading architectural designs, overseeing project planning, and ensuring high-quality execution. The role includes conceptualizing and developing innovative design solutions, collaborating with team members, overseeing project integration, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. The position involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong background in modern and functional design principles
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration for designing purposes is desirable
- Solid problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and managing high-quality residential or commercial projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in architectural software tools is a plus
