Role Description The Senior AI/ML Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that power high-authority digital experiences for client brands.

Day-to-day activities include defining technical architectures, building and validating ML models, overseeing data pipelines, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and client teams to translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions. The Senior AI/ML Lead will mentor team members, ensure best practices in model governance, performance, and security, and contribute to long-term AI strategy and innovation initiatives. The role involves regular problem-solving, experimentation, and optimization to deliver scalable, reliable,



and ethical AI systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and related libraries.
- Experience in data engineering and analytics, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.
- Proficiency in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, code review, and deployment in cloud or containerized environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (design, product, engineering, and client teams).
- Background in designing AI solutions for digital products, intelligent systems, or customer-facing experiences is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, model interpretability, security, and responsible AI practices is an advantage.
- Experience working with global or premium brands, or in high-trust digital environments, is a plus.
