1. Plan accounting priorities, closing calendars and control responsibilities across the assigned accounts team.
2. Review financial statements and management reports for completeness, consistency and unresolved accounting adjustments.
3. Oversee budgets, cash-flow forecasts, payment priorities and working-capital requirements, and explain significant variances to management.
4. Review bank, customer, supplier and inter-entity reconciliations where applicable, and ensure aged differences are resolved.
5. Monitor receivables, payables, advances, contractor retentions and outstanding balances with the responsible teams.
6. Ensure purchase, service and payment records are supported by approved orders, certified work, invoices and required authorisations.
7. Oversee Tally controls, ledger masters, bulk-import checks and period-end reviews to reduce duplicate or incorrect accounting.

Coordinate tax workings, return data and statutory requirements with authorised consultants and signatories.
9. Lead preparation for internal and external audits, track observations and ensure agreed corrective actions are completed.
10. Coordinate banking information, funding-support schedules and financial submissions using management-approved data.
11. Review accounting policies, segregation of duties, document retention and access controls, and propose process improvements.
12. Develop accounts managers and executives, review departmental MIS and escalate cash, control or compliance risks promptly.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
