Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Finalize accounts and coordinate with CA, auditors, and banks
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
- Handle inventory accounting, reconciliations, and costing
- Monitor marketplace accounting (Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)
- Drive process improvements, SOP implementation, and cost control
- ⁠Lead and supervise accounting team and processes

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred




- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing/FMCG accounting
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and account finalization
- Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Experience in inventory accounting and audit coordination
- Ability to independently manage the finance function

Looking for a candidate who can take ownership of the Accounts & Finance function and help build scalable financial systems and controls.

Pay: ₹15,688.08 - ₹40,559.09 per month
