About the Role:1. Accounting & Book-Keeping

Passing day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP Bank, cash and journal entries

Vendor, customer & ledger accounting Month-end closing entries as instructed Ledger scrutiny and basic reconciliation

2. Vendor Payments & Workings

Preparation of vendor payment workings

Verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents

Checking GST, TDS applicability on vendor bills

Preparing payment schedules (due date-wise)

Initiating vendor payments (bank / NEFT/RTGS/ cheque) after approval

Posting vendor payment entries in books

Maintaining vendor ageing & outstanding reports

Coordinating with vendors for clarifications and confirmations

3. GST Compliance Support

Preparation of GST workings (Output GST, ITC, RCM)

Sales & purchase reconciliation

GSTR-2B vs books reconciliation

Assisting in filing

GSTR-1

GSTR-3B

Identifying mismatches and reporting to CA

Generating E-Invoices & E-Way Bills

Assisting in GST refund applications

Follow-up on GST notices and refund status

4. TDS & Statutory Compliance

Preparation of TDS workings

Identifying TDS applicability on vendor payments

Assisting in filing TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)

Challan preparation and tracking payments





Downloading Form 16/16A

TRACES reconciliation support

5. Invoicing & Receivables

Collection of sales invoices from clients

Maintaining invoice registers

Follow-up for pending invoices

Tracking receivables and reporting delays
