Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial records, taxation, reporting, and day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and reconciliation statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and receipts.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.




- Support management with financial data, analysis, and reports.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and taxation.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
