Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial workflows.

Reporting- Head of Business & Operations- India

Location Khed Shivpur Pune

Preferably from CA/Accounting firms

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role that, requiring strong analytical thinking, accountability, follow up and completion.

Finance & Accounting

- Record and manage all incoming invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Oversee collections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
- Manage payments to suppliers in accordance with company policy
- Prepare and deliver a comprehensive monthly financial report for management
- Costing, purchasing of inventory records to be maintained
- Payrolling support
- Admin HR coordination

Exposure
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, ideally in a dynamic or growth-focused

environment




- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with inventory and supply chain management
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- BBA, MBA, B Com, M Com - Accounting, or related field
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of cross-functional processes
