The Life Foundation is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, banking transactions and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements as required.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and vendors when required.
- Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receipts.
- Assist management with accounting-related reports and financial information.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with experience in handling accounts independently will be preferred.
