Job Responsibilities :

- Accounts Finalization: Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Supervising statutory requirements like TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.
- Filing GST and TDS & IT Returns Independently without help of any external Consultant.
- Control & MIS of Export Incentives i.e. MEIS, DDB, GST Refund.
- Monthly Provision Financially.
- Preparing and submitting Monthly Stock statements to the Bank.
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation of All Units.
- Handling accounts team under the supervision of CFO
- Monthly MIS.
- Coordinating with CFO & CS in matters related to finance, accounts and statutory compliances
- Following up with Statutory Auditor,



Internal Auditor & Cost Auditor, GST Auditor, Bank Auditor etc.
- Year end process i.e. Provisions, Depreciation including SFG (Semi Finished Goods) & WIP (Work In Progress).
- Preparation and Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit-Loss, Cash Flow, Information as required in accordance with Accounting Standards.
- Advance Tax Calculation & Payments.
- Supervise Individually Directors Income Tax Return.
- Supervise individually other small company audit, tax returns.
- Update & Guide related to latest Tax updates.
