Helios Global Private Limited is a growing Indian manufacturer of shoe care and foot care products, with a strong presence across modern retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, distributors and exports.

As our business continues to scale, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts who can take ownership of the company's finance and accounting function and provide management with accurate, timely and meaningful financial information.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete Finance & Accounts function.
- Prepare and close the monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyse sales, gross margins, expenses, EBITDA and profitability.
- Provide clear explanations for major variations in financial performance.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable and ageing reports.
- Handle customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage complex reconciliations involving retail chains, e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, commissions, deductions, returns, claims, schemes and credit/debit notes.
- Ensure accurate accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, inventory and other transactions.
- Manage GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills.




- Handle TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professionals.
- Prepare audit schedules and ensure books are audit-ready.
- Manage and supervise a team of 3–4 accounts professionals.
- Establish strong accounting controls and SOPs.
- Identify accounting errors, financial leakages and reconciliation issues.
- Improve finance processes and reduce manual work through better systems and reporting.

Must Have
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong experience with high-volume accounting transactions.
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / consumer products / retail / e-commerce / quick commerce is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet and financial reporting.
- Strong GST, TDS and income-tax knowledge.
- Experience handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Experience managing a finance/accounts team.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
