Security Officer - Facilities

We are looking for an experienced Security Officer-Facilities with 13-15 years of experience, preferably in the construction/infrastructure industry, to manage security operations across project sites and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall security operations at construction sites, project offices, warehouses, and facilities.
- Supervise security guards, supervisors, and outsourced security agencies.
- Manage access control, visitor management, vehicle entry/exit, and gate security.
- Ensure security of construction materials, machinery, equipment, tools, and company assets.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
- Control labour, contractor, vendor, and visitor movement within project premises.
- Prevent and investigate theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and security violations.
- Verify material movement, gate passes, delivery documents, and asset movement.
- Handle security incidents and coordinate with Project, Facilities, HR, Admin, Stores, and EHS teams.
- Support fire drills,



emergency response, evacuation, and crisis-management activities.
- Prepare daily security reports, incident reports, registers, and security MIS.
- Liaise with local police and emergency services when required.
- Ensure compliance with security SOPs, site procedures, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate preferred with relevant security/facility management qualifications.
- 13-15 years of relevant security experience, preferably in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Solid experience in security manpower management, site security, material protection, CCTV, access control, and incident management.
- Strong leadership, communication, observation, and crisis-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at project sites.
