Key Responsibilities

1. Security Operations a. Monitor and safeguard plant premises, warehouses, offices, utilities, and parking areas.

b. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and address security risks.

c. Control access of employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering or leaving the plant.

d. Verify identification, permits, and visitor authorization documents.

e. Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.

2. Monitoring & Surveillance a. Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment.

b. Report suspicious activities and security concerns promptly.

c. Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and security reports.

3. Safety & Compliance a. Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

b. Support compliance with Coca-Cola operational, environmental, and safety standards.

c. Ensure adherence to emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.

4. Vigilance a.: Continuously watch CCTV feeds, alarm panels, and security systems in real-time to identify any disruptions, equipment faults, or unlawful acts.

b. : Conduct regular and random physical or electronic checks of the interior and exterior areas to spot safety hazards, unsecure entry points, and suspicious behavior.

c. Quickly evaluate unusual activities or alarms and take immediate action by investigating, reporting, or coordinating with emergency services

5. Emergency Response a. Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, medical incidents, and security threats.

b. Coordinate with emergency services, plant management, and law enforcement when required.

c. Participate in emergency drills and crisis management activities.

6. Asset Protection a. Monitor movement of finished goods, raw materials, and company property.

b. Conduct vehicle inspections where applicable.

c. Assist in investigations related to theft, damage,



loss, or security violations.

7. Fleet & Transport Management a. Monitor and control the secure movement of company, supplier, and distributor vehicles entering and exiting the plant.

b. Verify vehicle documentation, gate passes, driver credentials, and shipment records for inbound and outbound logistics.

c. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure safe and compliant transportation of raw materials and finished goods.

d. Maintain vehicle movement records and report transport-related security incidents, policy violations, or suspicious activities.

e. Support investigations related to cargo loss, pilferage, vehicle accidents, and other transport security concerns.

8. Reporting a. Prepare daily occurrence reports and incident reports.

b. Communicate security concerns and recommendations to supervisors.

c. Maintain confidentiality of security and operational information.

Qualifications

1. Experience a. 10-12 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or corporate security.

b. Ex-Intelligence unit corps mandatory.

c. Experience working in FMCG manufacturing environments is preferred

2. Education a. High School Diploma / Secondary Education required.

b. Certification in Security Management, Industrial Security, or related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies

1. Solid observation and surveillance skills.
2. Knowledge of access control, CCTV systems, and security procedures.
3. Basic understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
4. Good incident reporting and documentation skills.
5. Ability to remain calm and make decisions during emergencies.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
2. Capability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
3. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
