Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare sales plans, strategies, and regular sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery.




- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and team-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
