nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced Scan to BIM / BIM ACS Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Scan-to-BIM, point-cloud processing, and BIM modeling. The candidate will be responsible for converting laser scan/point-cloud data into accurate and coordinated BIM models and drawings.

nKey Responsibilities

- Process and analyze LiDAR / laser scan / point-cloud data .
n
- Develop accurate Scan-to-BIM models from point clouds and survey data.
n
- Create and modify BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements as required.
n
- Work with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks , and relevant BIM/point-cloud software.
n
- Prepare BIM models according to LOD and project-specific standards .
n
- Perform model validation and quality checks against point-cloud data.
n
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
n
- Identify discrepancies, clashes, and modeling issues.
n
- Prepare BIM drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and documentation where required.
n
- Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, templates, and workflows.
n
- Coordinate with project managers, survey teams, engineers, and clients.
n
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of models throughout the project lifecycle.

nRequired Skills

n

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM / BIM modeling .
n
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit .
n
- Experience working with Point Cloud / RCP / RCS data .
n
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks .
n
- Understanding of BIM workflows, modeling standards, and LOD.
n
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
n
- Good understanding of construction and building components.
n
- Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
n

nPreferred Skills

n

- Experience with ReCap / point-cloud processing software .
n
- Knowledge of Revit Families and BIM standards .
n
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM projects for existing buildings .
n
- Knowledge of clash detection and coordination .
n
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and project requirements.
n
- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

nEducation

n

n
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering/design field .
n
- Relevant professional experience in BIM/Scan-to-BIM will also be considered.
n

nThe ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering accurate BIM models from point-cloud data within project deadlines.
