nJob Summary

n

nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP Material Master and Vistex DMR , preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments. The consultant will be responsible for functional solution design, configuration, enhancements, project delivery, UAT, release management, and ongoing system support.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as the Functional SME for SAP Material Master and Vistex DMR , driving system enhancements, workflows, and solution design.
n
- Lead end-to-end functional activities for SAP S/4HANA / Vistex DMR initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise/global ERP architecture.
n
- Gather business requirements, perform impact analysis, prepare functional designs, and provide effort estimates.
n
- Configure and support SAP Material Master and Vistex DMR functionality.
n
- Work closely with SAP SD/MM/FI and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
n
- Manage change requests, enhancements, releases, and production support activities.
n
- Drive SIT, UAT, change management, deployment, and post-go-live support .
n
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, validation documents, and other project documentation.
n
- Ensure system changes comply with applicable IT controls, SOX/GxP, validation, and documentation requirements , where applicable.
n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, AMS/support teams,



and external vendors.
n
- Provide knowledge transfer and ensure effective handover to business and support teams.
n
- Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and system improvements .
n
- Proactively manage functional risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience , with strong expertise in Material Master and Vistex DMR .
n
- Strong experience in SAP Vistex configuration and functional processes .
n
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
n
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and FI .
n
- Experience in Vistex functionality such as DMR, Rebates, Pricing, Royalties, Chargebacks, or Incentives is preferred.
n
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support .
n
- Strong understanding of change and release management processes.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
n

nPreferred Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma ERP implementations is an added advantage.
n
- Exposure to GxP, SOX, and validated environments .
n
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and structured IT service management.
n
- Experience working with external vendors or AMS partners.
n
- SAP/Vistex certification is an added advantage.
n
