We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience and proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance. The candidate must have successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and should be flexible to travel to client locations based on project requirements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Participate in and manage SAP FICO activities across the complete S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Finance solutions.
n
- Conduct requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
n
- Configure and support SAP FI processes, including:
n
- General Ledger (GL)
n
- Accounts Payable (AP)
n
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
n
- Asset Accounting (AA)
n
- Bank Accounting
n
- Financial Closing
n
- Taxation
n
- Configure and support SAP CO processes, including:
n
- Cost Center Accounting
n
- Profit Center Accounting
n
- Internal Orders
n
- Product Costing
n
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
n
- Planning and Budgeting
n
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance innovations, including Universal Journal and integration between FI and CO.
n
- Work on integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS.
n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
n
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and regression testing.
n
- Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
n
- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and other project documentation.
n




- Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
n
- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
n
- Analyze and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project management.
n
- Travel to client locations as required.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
n
- Must have successfully completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
n
- Good understanding of end-to-end financial and controlling business processes.
n
- Strong knowledge of FI-CO integration and integration with other SAP modules.
n
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
n
- Experience working with business stakeholders and conducting workshops.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
n
- Versatile and willing to travel to client locations based on project requirements.
n

nPreferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an advantage.
n
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology preferred.
n
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and S/4HANA reporting/analytics is an advantage.
n
- Experience in international/domestic implementation projects is preferred.
n

nEducation

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
n
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA/CMA/MBA Finance is an advantage.
