Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO RTR Consultant with strong expertise in Record to Report, financial accounting, and global finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RTR processes including GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Accruals and Period-End Closing.
- Provide SME expertise in SAP FICO, FSCM and TRM.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and internal policies.
- Handle Treasury Accounting, Cash Management, Liquidity and Risk Management.
- Support SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Drive process automation, standardization and continuous improvement.
- Work with SAP/IT teams on system enhancements, UAT and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax teams and other finance stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor RTR/Finance teams.
- Support global finance projects, ERP rollouts, integrations and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in RTR/Finance,



preferably in a global or shared-services environment.
- Strong hands-on SAP FICO experience.
- Valuable knowledge of FSCM – Credit Management, Collections and Dispute Management.
- Good knowledge of TRM – Treasury Operations, Cash Management and Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of IFRS / US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience in process optimization, automation and transformation.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Multi-country and multi-currency finance operations.
- Experience managing global/matrix teams.
- Knowledge of BlackLine, Alteryx, Power BI or RPA is a plus.
- PMP / Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
