Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Data Services (BODS) skilled to join our Bangalore-based team, playing a pivotal role in driving complex data migration and integration initiatives. In this capacity, you will lead the end-to-end design and execution of data transformation strategies, working closely with cross-functional project teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data transitions. By architecting robust ETL solutions and ensuring high-quality data integrity, you will directly influence the success of large-scale SAP implementations, enabling our clients to leverage accurate, real-time data for critical business decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex ETL jobs using SAP BODS to facilitate high-volume data migration from legacy systems to SAP HANA, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data accuracy.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business process owners to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications, ensuring the final output aligns with organizational goals.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries and data flows to enhance system performance, providing the business with faster access to critical information during and after implementation cycles.
- Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including profiling, cleansing,



and validation, to maintain the highest standards of data governance throughout the migration process.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold development best practices and maintain a high-quality codebase across all project phases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying SAP BODS solutions, with a deep understanding of data integration patterns and SAP HANA integration.
- Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to manage large datasets within enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead data migration workstreams for full-cycle SAP implementations, showcasing a strong grasp of data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical data challenges to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships across global teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent problem-solving with active participation in team-based project delivery.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact data solutions within a 5 - 7 year professional tenure.
