Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP ABAP Consultant to lead ABAP development initiatives across SAP FI, MM, CO, SD, and PP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, CDS Views, OData, and ABAP on HANA, along with experience in leading technical development and working closely with functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP ABAP development initiatives across FI, MM, CO, SD, and PP modules.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and review of custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, coding guidelines, performance, and quality best practices.
- Manage ABAP development activities for SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA RISE projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ABAP developers.
- Support debugging, code reviews, version control, and transport management.




- Contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Identify opportunities for performance optimization and technical improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable SAP solutions.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP / ABAP Objects.
- Expertise in ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancements, and Enhancement Framework.
- Solid knowledge of ABAP on HANA and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CDS Views, OData, and AMDP.
- Strong experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience with SAP HANA RISE projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Gateway and SAP Fiori integration.
- Experience with cross-module interfaces and data migration.
- Strong understanding of debugging, transport management, and development lifecycle.
- Experience working with functional teams across FI, MM, CO, SD, and PP.
