This role contributes to client Salesforce consulting and delivery, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement, improve and support enterprise applications. Role purpose Teceze is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ Consultant to improve how clients configure products, price offers, approve quotes and manage revenue-related handoffs.

You will translate commercial policies into maintainable Salesforce solutions and support the product-to-cash lifecycle in close collaboration with sales, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities Lead workshops to understand product offerings, pricing policies, discount authorities, subscription models and the complete quote-to-order process. Configure product catalogues, bundles, eligibility rules, pricing logic and approval paths with traceable business rules and exception handling. Design quote generation, document outputs and commercial data capture to support accurate, consistent proposals and downstream processing.

Implement amendment, renewal, cancellation and subscription scenarios appropriate to the client platform and agreed operating model. Define contract, order, billing and ERP handoffs with finance and integration teams, including system ownership and reconciliation responsibilities. Distinguish existing Salesforce CPQ implementations from current Revenue Cloud capabilities; assess migration needs without assuming feature equivalence.





Build realistic end-to-end test scenarios for complex bundles, proration, discount combinations, approvals and lifecycle changes. Investigate pricing and transaction defects, confirm financial calculations with authorised business owners and document the approved resolution. Support catalogue and pricing-data migration, release planning, user acceptance testing, cutover and sales-user training.

Maintain configuration documentation and operational guides; recommend simplification that reduces manual overrides and preserves commercial control.

Required skills and experience Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, including product configuration, pricing and quote workflows. Robust understanding of product-to-cash processes, subscriptions, renewals and dependencies between sales and finance systems. Ability to translate commercial policies into testable configuration rules and explain their behaviour to business stakeholders.

Salesforce skills covering data models, Flow, permissions, reporting and the boundaries of declarative configuration.

Experience with migration, integration requirements and end-to-end testing of financially significant transaction scenarios. Strong analytical skills, attention to calculation accuracy and disciplined documentation of assumptions, exceptions and approvals.. Key deliverables Product and pricing configuration, approval matrix, lifecycle process designs, test scenarios, integration requirements and sales-operations training materials.

Measures of success Quotes and lifecycle transactions calculate correctly against approved business scenarios and documented commercial rules. Users complete standard quoting and approval workflows with fewer avoidable manual interventions and pricing exceptions. Order and billing handoffs reconcile, with clear ownership for transaction errors and support requests.
