Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Field Service (SFS) QA Engineer to lead quality assurance and test execution across our Salesforce Field Service ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end field service workflows - spanning back-office Dispatcher Console operations, automated scheduling and optimization rules, Work Order management, inventory tracking, and the SFS Mobile App (both online and offline modes).

Responsibilities :

- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts covering the complete Field Service life cycle.
- Test mobile workflows on native iOS and Android devices, focusing on offline mode functionality, data synchronization, GPS tracking, and electronic signature capture.
- Validate complex Dispatcher Console operations, including drag-and-drop scheduling, Gantt chart accuracy, and automated optimization runs.
- Test and verify standard and custom objects, Work Types, Skill Requirements, Service Territory hierarchies, and Inventory Management.
- Perform API and integration testing between Salesforce, enterprise ERP systems, and third-party logistics tools.
- Identify, log,



and track software defects in Jira/Azure DevOps, collaborating closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and System Administrators.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to Salesforce Field Service (SFS) / Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Solid working knowledge of SFS core features : Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, Service Resources, Work Types, and Dispatcher Console.
- Proven track record testing native mobile applications across iOS/Android, with expertise in offline data caching and sync conflict handling.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI, flows, permission sets, validation rules, and standard enterprise security controls.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail, or Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience automating mobile workflows using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Experience with web automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or Selenium.
