About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce implementations and CRM solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, along with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure Salesforce features and determine the appropriate mix of declarative and programmatic solutions
- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support version control and CI/CD processes

Required Experience &





Qualifications :

- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects involving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

Mandatory Salesforce Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Tech Stack :

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Git, CI/CD

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in consulting and client-facing environments
- Understanding of enterprise CRM architecture and integrations
