- Marketing Cloud – Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, CloudPages
- AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Apex, LWC, SOQL
- REST/SOAP APIs & Salesforce integrations
- Data pipelines & customer-data integrations
