Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesforce Developer role based in Bengaluru.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including building and enhancing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages. The role involves configuring and administering Salesforce.com, integrating third-party systems, optimizing data models, and ensuring platform performance and security. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and participate in testing and deployment activities.



Ongoing responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and implementing best practices for scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex programming and customization.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building responsive user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, such as configuration, user management, and security setup.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the core Salesforce.com platform, including standard objects, workflows, and automation.
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certifications are highly beneficial.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and version control tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
