Role: Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who can design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, automation, and building enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce applications and solutions

• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs

• Develop and manage workflows, automation, custom objects, triggers, and integrations

• Configure and extend Salesforce.com capabilities based on business requirements

• Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, security, and maintainability

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to improve platform reliability

• Follow Salesforce best practices for coding, testing, deployment,



and release management

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Customization

• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce Pages

• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security model, user management, and administration

• Experience building Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services

• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, sandbox environments, deployment processes, and best practices

• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and enterprise applications is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications are a solid advantage

- Experience working on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
