- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze training effectiveness and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

- Experience in sales training, product training, or related fields with a strong understanding of sales principles.
- Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with two-wheeler operations is desirable but not mandatory.
- Age: approximately 35 years old.
