Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive — Diamond Jewellery

Timings: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (6 days a week, weekly off as per rotation)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Shivagems Pvt. Ltd. is an established diamond jewellery manufacturing, trading, and export business based in Chandni Chowk, Delhi, with over a decade of experience in the trade.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a presentable, customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, showcase our jewellery collection, and drive in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
- Explain product details — diamond quality, gold purity, pricing, etc.
- Handle billing and coordinate with the accounts team
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure proper stock handling




- Build long-term relationships with regular/repeat customers
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (jewellery experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Trustworthy, with the ability to handle high-value inventory responsibly
- Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends
