We are a growing enterprise specializing in advanced medical equipment and machinery for the Clinical Diagnostics Industry. We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales and Service Engineer to join at Ahmedabad.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and ensuring high-quality technical support, installation, and maintenance of diagnostic equipment for our healthcare and laboratory clients.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Roles:

- Drive sales and business development for clinical diagnostic equipment and medical instruments within the assigned territory.
- Identify, generate, and pursue new business leads with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

For Service Roles:

- Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance of clinical diagnostic laboratory instruments.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical faults and hardware/software issues reported by clients promptly.
- Provide comprehensive technical training to lab technicians and end-users on equipment operation and basic upkeep.





Ensure maximum uptime of all installed medical equipment and maintain strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in relevant sciences may also be considered for sales).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in sales or technical service within the medical equipment or clinical diagnostics industry is preferred.
- Freshers: Fresh graduates with a strong technical background, high enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
