Sales Executive – Loan Sourcing

About the Role

Grow Wealth Tree is a DSA network sourcing home loans, LAP, personal loans, business loans, and other secured/unsecured credit products through a channel partner network of 120+ lending partners. We are hiring a Sales Executive to generate and close loan files across categories, working directly with customers and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source loan applications across home loans, LAP, personal loans, and business loans from open market, referrals, and channel partners
- Meet prospective borrowers, understand their credit requirement, and guide them to the right lending product and partner
- Coordinate with the credit desk for document collection, eligibility checks, and file scrutiny
- Follow up with lending partners to track file status from login to disbursement




- Build and maintain a referral network (builders, CAs, property dealers, existing customers)
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets across assigned product categories
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline status

Requirements

- Prior experience in loan sourcing, DSA sales, or banking/NBFC sales preferred
- Strong local market knowledge and existing referral contacts a plus
- Comfortable with target-based, incentive-linked compensation
- Good communication and follow-up discipline
- Two-wheeler and smartphone required for fieldwork

Compensation & Target Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month

Minimum Monthly Target: ₹50 lakh disbursement, across all product categories combined

Incentive is payable only on disbursement value achieved above the ₹50 lakh minimum,

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
