About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Life Science & Healthcare business. This is a system-oriented, multi-functional role involving customer coordination, vendor coordination, sales support, dispatch handling and ERP transactions The role is suitable for someone who is organized, comfortable working on ERP/Excel, good at follow-ups and communication, and willing to handle multiple responsibilities in a small branch environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end customer coordination from enquiry to order processing and dispatch.
- Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate order requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery, documentation and payment-related follow-ups.
- Do tender-related activities whenever tenders are opened, including documentation, quotations and coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors for availability, pricing, purchase orders, dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Perform day-to-day ERP transactions related to sales, purchase, stock and dispatch.




- Maintain customer, vendor and order-related records in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending customer and vendor requirements.
- Take responsibility for routine branch coordination and operational activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, back office, sales support, purchase coordination or operations.
- Experience in life science, healthcare, laboratory, medical, pharma or scientific products would be an advantage.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, email and ERP/software systems.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Should be organized, responsible and willing to handle multiple activities independently.
- System-oriented and process-oriented approach is important.
- Willingness to learn products and adapt to new software/processes.
