About the Role

Acrapath is hiring a Sales & Operations Intern to support employer acquisition, client communication, daily operations, and business growth activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to companies, HR teams, recruiters, and candidates.
- Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Explain Acrapath’s employer services and convert interested companies into active clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Assist employers & candidates with onboarding, job posting, job applies and platform usage.
- Maintain lead, sales, and client data in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve employer- and candidate-related issues.




- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Track job postings, employer activity, responses, and other operational metrics.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and operations reports.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Support business development campaigns, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Freshers and students with robust communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
