Role & responsibilities : HR (phone hidden)

- Shadowing & Training: Learn the complete sales cycle by assisting senior team members during market visits and client pitches.
- Distributor & Retail Support: Help manage local channel partners, monitor retail stock levels, and ensure product availability on shelves.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential local prospects, pitch company products or services, and meet assigned daily or weeklytargets.
- Customer Feedback: Collect market responses regarding pricing, competitor actions, and new product launches.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of sales visits, order updates, and payment collections using company mobile apps or reporting tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: A Bachelor's degree (such as B.Sc. or general graduation) Passing Academic Year - 2025 or 2026
- Skills: Solid verbal communication, active listening, basic math or calculation skills, and comfort using mobile reporting apps or smartphones.
- Traits: High energy, target-driven mindset, and willingness to travel or work in field conditions.
