Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Acquire new customers and promote Home Credit's financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, partners, and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with a strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
