Sales & Marketing Manager – RMC

Location: Delhi / Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 7 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete).
- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.
- Handle sales enquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Identify new projects and market opportunities in Delhi and Gurugram.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in RMC Sales & Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the RMC/construction industry and local market.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Must be Delhi/Gurugram based.
- Strong network among builders, contractors, developers, and construction companies will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000/month + Sales Performance Bonus. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
