Achieve assigned sales targets for primary and secondary sales within the designated territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key outlets . Ensure regular market visits and productive coverage of assigned beats and outlets.

Generate recent business by identifying and onboarding new retailers and potential customers . Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and merchandising of the company's spice products. Take regular orders from retailers and ensure timely coordination with distributors for order fulfilment.

Promote the company's spices and other FMCG products and communicate product features, quality, and benefits to retailers. Monitor stock availability, product movement, and SKU-wise sales at retail outlets. Ensure proper implementation of company schemes, promotions, and trade offers in the market.

Track competitor activities, pricing, products, schemes, and market developments and report relevant information to the reporting manager.



Maintain productive relationships with distributors and assist in distribution expansion and market development . Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly outlet coverage and sales objectives .

Maintain accurate daily sales reports, market visit reports, order details, and field activity records . Ensure proper attendance, beat planning, and timely submission of morning/evening reports and field updates as required by the company. Follow up on outstanding payments and market collections as assigned.

Resolve retailer/customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution. Ensure proper handling and communication of company policies, schemes, and commercial terms in the market. Work closely with the Sales Officer/ASM to improve market penetration, outlet productivity, and sales growth .

Maintain professional conduct and represent the company's brand positively in the assigned market.
