Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports sales and marketing activities by coordinating campaigns, managing lead follow-up, and maintaining accurate customer and prospect records.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with sales presentations and quotations, preparing marketing materials, and supporting digital outreach such as email campaigns and social media updates.



The coordinator will help plan and execute events, product demonstrations, and industry engagements, while collaborating closely with the sales team to track performance and report on key metrics. The role also involves routine communication with customers and vendors to ensure timely responses, professional documentation, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for customer interaction, documentation, and marketing content creation.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead nurturing, relationship building, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate campaigns, product demos, and marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess basic digital proficiency, including comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and common office software.
- Relevant experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role in industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced workplace.
