Job Brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and drive business growth across the following product categories:

Product Portfolio

- Bearings

- Oil Seals

- Power Transmission Belts & Chains

- Housings

- Grease

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge and experience in industrial products, preferably in Bearings, Oil Seals, Power Transmission, Housings, or Grease.

Responsibilities

- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Promote the company's products and services by understanding and addressing customer requirements.

- Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to applicable rules and guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer interactions.

- Provide reliable feedback and effective after-sales support to customers.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.





- Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the assigned market.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Guide and develop entry-level sales staff into effective sales professionals.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a relevant sales role.

- Proven track record in sales and business development.

- Experience in industrial products / engineering products will be preferred.

- Experience in Bearings, Oil Seals, Belts & Chains, Housings, or Grease will be an added advantage.

- Experience in customer support and after-sales service is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.

- Good command of English communication.

- Solid market knowledge and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong customer rapport and long-term business relationships.

- Strong time management, planning, and follow-up skills.
