About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive overall sales growth, develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships for TINSELPRO – Gas Detection & Safety Products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate new leads and develop new customers, dealers and business opportunities.
- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and order closures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Collect and review monthly sales forecasts from team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new markets, applications and sales channels for TINSELPRO products.




- Coordinate with Technical, Production and other departments for customer requirements and order execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide sales updates to management.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in sales, with team-handling experience.
- Experience in selling industrial, technical, safety or related products preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong ownership and target-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, honest and trustworthy, with strong personal integrity.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler or car and a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
