Job Title: Sales Manager / Sales Executives

Industry: PVC Manufacturing (Pipes, Fittings, Sheets, Profiles, Compounds, etc.)

Location:Kerala - Idukki/Wayanad

Job Summary The Sales Manager/ Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing dealer and distributor networks, generating leads, and supporting sales growth for PVC products.

Key Responsibilities

·* Meeting and developing relationships with government departments, project authorities, contractors, and other key stakeholders involved in infrastructure and water-supply projects.

·* Identifying and developing business opportunities arising from government tenders, KWA projects, Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT and other infrastructure/project works.

·* Regularly visiting Kerala Water Authority (KWA) offices, government departments, project sites and contractors’ offices to understand upcoming projects, requirements, tender details and product specifications.

· * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with KWA officials, government engineers, contractors, consultants and project decision-makers to generate enquiries and business opportunities.

· * Following up on tenders, work orders, material requirements, approvals and project execution to ensure timely conversion of enquiries into orders.





- The Company is also expanding its business into retail sales in the Idukki and Wayanad areas. Accordingly, you may be assigned responsibility for developing and managing retail sales, dealer relationships and related business activities in these areas, whenever required by the Company.

·* Performing any other sales, marketing or business development responsibilities reasonably assigned by the management from time to time.

·* Expanding Moyalan Plastics’ presence among government project contractors and infrastructure-related customers across Kerala.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Diploma/degree in Polymer, Plastics, or Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of PVC products and manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Result-oriented and self-motivated

Experience
- 5 - 7years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in PVC / plastic / building materials industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
