Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and business targets.
- Generate new business through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other market segments.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, property visits, and presentations.
- Identify recent business opportunities and potential corporate accounts.




- Handle corporate, group, MICE, and other relevant hotel sales segments.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and records.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, trade shows, and other business events.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
