- Robust experience in packaging industry sales required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Generate leads and convert new business opportunities
- Handle sales negotiations, commercial discussions and closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, production and timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
- Drive revenue growth across assigned markets and territories
- Develop long-term relationships with customers in the packaging industry

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 5–8 years of relevant B2B Sales experience in the Packaging Industry




- Experience in flexible packaging / plastic packaging / films / bags / mailers / laminates / related packaging solutions will be relevant
- Strong business development and customer acquisition experience
- Experience handling key accounts and institutional customers
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and business development
- MBA / IIP qualification preferred

TARGET INDUSTRY / COMPANY BACKGROUND Candidates currently working or having relevant experience with companies in the Packaging / Flexible Packaging / Plastic Packaging / Packaging Export sector are preferred.

Candidates from companies such as CPL Packaging, Manjushree, Arkayons Packaging and other established regional packaging manufacturers/exporters in Gujarat, Maharashtra and other major packaging markets may be considered.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
